Saturday, 23 August 2008
Fujitsu's LifeBook FMV Biblo U/B50 offers a stylish, eye-catching chassis that holds a 5.6-inch display. Despite it's miniature proportions (171mm x 135mm x 26.5mm), the LifeBook FMV Biblo U/B50 isn't lacking features. The 5.6-inch display boasts a 1280x800 resolution, and there's an integrated webcam, too.
LifeBook FMV Biblo U/B50 is powered by the Intel Atom Z530 running at 1.60 GHz and 1 GB of DDR2 memory. Fujitsu claims it should suffice for Windows Vista, the OS it ships with. On to the connectivity front, there's built in 802.11n Wi-Fi, 3G, and Bluetooth. Storage options come in the form of 60GB, 100GB or 120GB hard-disk drives, or a 64GB solid-state drive. Display outputs include the HDMI port facing its front to let you connect it to larger displays.
If you want one, find a Japanese retailer and expect to pay $1100 for the 60GB model.
